Sheffa Chevez's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Road to Trouble. The show's description states: A gifted high school cheerleader's plans for a bright future turn dark when she falls in love with an up-and-coming rapper and ex-convict.They murdered D'Angelo Maurice Charon, their friend.

Her boyfriend, Shyrehl Joseph Wesley, was convicted of murder and sentenced to 80 years. . She changed her story multiple times and the judge at her trial called her out on her web of lies. While she did come a very loving supportive family, she was clearly manipulative.

Sheffa Chevez pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death . She was sentenced to six to eleven years.

This series is described as Real woman in real relationships that will do anything for their man.

Felonies are forever. Sheffa will never escape the stigma of this act. Whatever this was, it was closer to insanity then love. Real love doesn't harm others outside the couple, not for love nor for money. Choose your lovers and friends carefully as your life could depend upon it. Understand bad boys are in fact bad and can and will take you down with them. It's highly likely they are not and have not been a couple for quite some time. All for nothing.

Four people were charged in this murder, namely Eddie Blackshear, Brittani Baxter, Shundell Wright, and Tenikqua Woodard. Tenikqua was given the same plea deal and received the same sentence. While it is suspected both men were the masked robbers, neither has served one day for that murder. Brittany Baxter was sentenced to 10 years and 30 years probation for robbery. Erica Stokes's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Dangerously Desperate. The show's description states: Police are stunned when two young men are gunned down in their backyard; investigators find a heartbroken lover and a web of lies concealing the truth. Erica pleaded guilty to one count of felony murder and one count of robbery, as a lesser included offense of the charged armed robbery; an order of nolle prosequi was entered in regard to the remaining thirteen counts of the indictment. According to the state, " Neighbors heard the gunfire and called the police. Bailey and Ford fled the scene in the Honda. Neighbors saw a dark-colored vehicle leave the scene and noted its distinct muffler sound. A responding officer passed a vehicle meeting the neighbors' descriptions, but lost the car before it could be stopped. Ford tossed the rifle out of the car's window. Felicia Scott

Felicia Scott was insecure with her relationship with Frederic Polion. She believed the only way to insure the relationship would last would be to have a baby together. The problem with this plan was that Felicia knew she had had a hysterectomy in 1994. She befriended seventeen year old Carethia Curry who was also pregnant about the time she announced her pregnancy. She premeditated stealing the young girl's baby and convinced her boyfriend, Polion she had given birth at home and requested he get rid of the bloody linen which he did. Both were arrested.
