Darchelle Arnold and Jarvis Butts

Christopher O'Neal Jackson
Darchelle Arnold's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Flirting With Danger. The show's description states: A frantic 911 call leads investigators to the scene of a brutal double homicide outside of Atlanta; as police hunt for clues, a run-of-the-mill traffic stop leads them to a surprising suspect.

Darchelle pleaded guilty in May 2011 to felony murder and aggravated assault and was sentenced to life in prison. Jarvis Butts was convicted of felony murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault in a jury trial in 2012 and was sentenced to two life sentences plus 20 years.

Five people in total were involved in the robbery and
murder. Their victims were Christopher O'Neal Jackson, and Mark Anthony Jones

To her credit, Darchelle Arnold plead guilty to her charges which shows not only does she have sense, but she is willing to take responsibility for her actions. If you are considering writing an inmate, this is a factor that weighs in their favor for being selected. It also spares the victims' families from having to sit through a trial.
