Sandra Holling's crime story is
featured on Season Four of For My Man. These events occurred in the
state of Ohio with her love interest, George Gaona. They murdered Robert F. Ebright. Allegedly, George had said he wanted to kill someone, possibly her, and she suggested the victim.
She plead guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder, a charge reduced
from aggravated murder. She also testified against George. She was sentenced to 10 years but was released by a judge after serving six of those years. George was sentenced to life.His appeal includes (see link):
While Appellant was on probation for a sex offense conviction in Texas, he requested to have his probation transferred to Ohio. Pursuant to his request to transfer his probation, Appellant executed a document titled, “Consent to Random Drug or Alcohol Testing and to Searches Based on Reasonable Suspicion.” This document contained the following sentence, “I agree to consent to the search of my person, my residence and my belongings while under supervision in order to insure against violation of the terms of my parole, probation of other supervision.”
