Linda Pedroza


Linda Pedroza plead guilty to 2nd degree murder
with her boyfriend, Antoine Wright in the state of Florida . Her crime story was featured on For My Man, season three.She was sentenced to 40 years.

Her appeal includes: The defendant appeals the circuit court's denial of her motion to correct sentence under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a), challenging the forty-year sentence imposed following a second-degree murder conviction. She has not shown that her sentence, imposed when she was a juvenile for the murder of her mother, violates the Eighth Amendment as construed by any decision of the Supreme Court of the United States. Nor has she identified any clear, binding Florida Supreme Court decision that requires resentencing. We note the Florida Supreme Court's recent decisions in both Morris v. State

Victoria Harris and Raymon Jackson

Victoria Harris's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Blind Devotion. The show's description states: In Lubbock, Texas, detectives respond to an early-morning robbery-turned-homicide; they're not sure where to start looking for the killer, then a surveillance video and an anonymous tip lead them to a secret. It further states elsewhere, "Victoria comes from a good family but can't help falling for Raymon, a bad boy from the streets. She quickly falls into a life of crime with him, breaking into homes and cars. When the couple ups the ante to armed robbery, their lives are changed forever." She was convicted of capital murder.Victoria Harris was sentenced to Life with parole. She is eligible for parole on 2045-03-10  Raymon Jackson plead guilty to capital murder and was also sentenced to life. Her only crime was driving to and from the crime. Kathleen Nelson and Roosevelt Walker

TV One describes this episode as A Mississippi woman gets trapped in a deadly feud and a romance between a Marine and a woman turns violent. A couple robs 15 banks across the south, thinking of themselves like a modern day Bonnie and Clyde, until they get caught. Kathleen Nelson and her boyfriend, Roosevelt Walker, both of Canton, were convicted in February 2006 of conspiracy to commit murder in Reed’s death and sentenced to life in prison. They participated in the beheading of a man in addition to cutting off his hands. He was a witness to a crime that was being tried in Federal Court.
