Chicwanda Forbes's crime story is featured on Season Four of For My Man. These events occurred in
the state of Louisiana with her love interest, Curtis Kyles. Curtis has been on death row for a previous murder. He was convicted of murder, appealed that decision and it was denied. He was sentenced to life in prison.

Their victim was Crystal St. Pierre.


She plead guilty to second-degree kidnapping as part of a plea deal and testified against Curtis.She was sentenced to 15 years

Erica Stokes and Deigo Bailey

Erica Stokes's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Dangerously Desperate. The show's description states: Police are stunned when two young men are gunned down in their backyard; investigators find a heartbroken lover and a web of lies concealing the truth. Erica pleaded guilty to one count of felony murder and one count of robbery, as a lesser included offense of the charged armed robbery; an order of nolle prosequi was entered in regard to the remaining thirteen counts of the indictment. According to the state, " Neighbors heard the gunfire and called the police. Bailey and Ford fled the scene in the Honda. Neighbors saw a dark-colored vehicle leave the scene and noted its distinct muffler sound.
