Derrick De’von Goldson and Jessica Latrell Delancy avoided the death penalty by pleading guilty after a drug deal gone bad resulted in the murder of a married couple. Her crime was featured on season one of For My Man.

Erica Stokes's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Dangerously Desperate. The show's description states: Police are stunned when two young men are gunned down in their backyard; investigators find a heartbroken lover and a web of lies concealing the truth. Erica pleaded guilty to one count of felony murder and one count of robbery, as a lesser included offense of the charged armed robbery; an order of nolle prosequi was entered in regard to the remaining thirteen counts of the indictment. According to the state, " Neighbors heard the gunfire and called the police. Bailey and Ford fled the scene in the Honda. Neighbors saw a dark-colored vehicle leave the scene and noted its distinct muffler sound. Victoria Harris's story was featured on “For My Man” on a show titled, Blind Devotion.
