Debra Brown is probably the most notorious of

season one's For My Man episodes. She was the lover of Alton Cole, a serial killer and rapist. She participated in his crimes and was given a death sentence in Ohio for the murder of a young child, which was later commuted to life. She will die in prison as she also received two life sentences in Indiana.

Alton Coleman was executed by the state of Ohio in 2002. While he clearly manipulated Debra, who was learning disabled, at the end of the day, she did participate.
